We may return in the future as Chez Yasu is one of only 3-4 nicer dining venues in town available to the public. With a large group and separate checks, it wasn't the time to hold everyone up while I disputed a charge. To my dismay, when the check came, with an obligatory 20% tip included, our glasses of house wine were billed at $7 a glass. The food portions were generous, and we were pleased the kitchen was using less salt than we'd encountered in the past. My wife and I each had a glass of the house wine at $6 a glass apiece. Our table agreed the food was quite good. Her service was equally uninspiring, as we passed plates of food across and down the table and passed dirty dishes back the same way, much as in a truck stop. Instead, the waitress stood in the door and announced what was available (without providing prices).
Our group did the re-arranging while the wait-staff watched. We filled an entire dining room, and had to re-arrange the furniture and table settings to get everyone in. Our most recent visit was with a large group of friends, about 20 people. We've had Dinners and Lunches here over the past decade or so.
